This addition and whole house remodel project was completed in Columbia, MD.
While some projects are simple in nature, others involve several phases. This project included a rear addition, a partial garage roof raise, and several other whole-home updates.
We created a spacious living room addition on the main floor, featuring hardwood flooring and a clear view bow window. In the roof raise addition, we relocated and expanded the master bathroom. A custom meditation loft was built on the other side of the bed and bath area, providing the client an easily accessible place of solitude.
Eco-friendly materials were of importance, and we utilized a geothermal heating and cooling system to service the entire home. We also sought out ethically-sourced wood flooring among other green options throughout the project.
We timed each phase of the project with the client’s convenience in mind. During the heaviest construction period, the family decided to visit their family in India, entrusting us with their home during their month-long hiatus.
